El representante de las universidades privadas en el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, que conforme al

Parágrafo

del artículo 18 de la Ley 64 de 1978, debe ser ingeniero o arquitecto matriculado; será designado por la Asociación Colombiana de Universidades, para un período de dos (2) años alternativamente en un ingeniero o en un arquitecto de terna presentada por la Asociación Colombiana de Facultades de Ingeniería (Acofi), en el primer caso, y de terna presentada por la Asociación Colombiana de Facultades de Arquitectura (Acfa) en el segundo.
