Art. 54.º Corresponde á la Corte Suprema conocer en juicio sumario, de conformidad con las disposiciones de esta Ley, en una sola instancia, de las reclamaciones por recompensas militares. En dichos juicios se tendrá por parte al Procurador General de la Nación. La Corte Suprema podrá en ellos dictar cuantos autos para mejor proveer estime convenientes.
