Artículo décimosegundo El Ministerio de Obras Públicas, con cargo a la partida presupuestal correspondiente, consignará en la Pagaduría del Ministerio de Higiene las sumas a que se refieren los artículos séptimo y octavo del presente Decreto. Los pagos de los gastos a que se refiere el artículo décimo serán hechos directamente por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, previo visto bueno del Servicio: Médico del Ferrocarril del Río Magdalena.
