Ley 155 de 1961 · por la cual se decreta un auxilio con motivo de la celebración del primero centenario de El Líbano (Tolima).

El manejo e inversión de los auxilios decretarlos por el artículo 2° de la presente Ley, será ejercido por una Junta Especial, que estará integrada así: un delegado de la Contraloría General de la República, un delegado del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, un delegado de la Gobernación del Tolima. y dos delegados del Concejo Municipal de El Líbano.

Parágrafo

La Tesorería de esta Junta será ejercida por el Tesorero Municipal de El Líbano, quien otorgará fianza especial en la cuantía que fije la Contraloría General de la República, entidad a la cual rendirá cuentas mensualmente.
