° Liquidación definitiva. Es entendido que aunque el funcionario público o trabajador oficial no solicite liquidación de su cesantía conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos precedentes, o ésta no se realice oportunamente por cualquier causa, el auxilio de cesantía correspondiente a servicios prestados hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1968 o hasta fecha anterior, según el caso, en ministerios, departamentos administrativos, superintendencias, establecimientos públicos y empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado deberá liquidarse en forma definitiva hasta dicha fecha.
