De Este Decreto, O Sea Con La Firma Del Presidente, Vicepresidente Y Secretario Del Respectivo Jurado Electoral Y El Sello De La Oficina

Artículo decimocuarto. Los ciudadanos que estén provistos de la cédula postal podrán refrendarla en el Jurado Electoral del mismo Municipio donde les fue expedida, y con esta formalidad utilizarla para el ejercicio del sufragio, si quien la presentare no tuviere ningún otro impedimento legal para el ejercicio de tal derecho. La refrendación debe hacerse en la forma indicada en la última parte del artículo 2° de este decreto, o sea con la firma del Presidente, Vicepresidente y Secretario del respectivo Jurado Electoral y el sello de la oficina. Además el elector en los casos en que se necesite saber leer y escribir para sufragar, deberá firmar la cédula postal.

Parágrafo

Para esta cédula se abrirá un libro especial y se pondrá en éste y en aquéllas el número de orden correspondiente.
