Estados Financieros. El treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de cada año se cortarán las cuentas y se procederá a verificar el inventario y balance general. Los estados financieros se elaborarán y presentarán con sujeción a las normas vigentes, y contendrán por lo menos el detalle completo de la cuenta de pérdidas y ganancias, un proyecto de distribución de utilidades repartibles y el informe del gerente sobre la situación económica y financiera de la empresa.
