Los Contratos De Arrendamiento Financiero (Leasing) Con Opción De Compra Que Celebren Las Entidades Públicas De Cualquier Orden Encargadas De La Prestación Del Servicio De Telecomunicaciones, Se Regirán Por Las Normas Civiles Y Comerciales En Cuanto A Su Formación Y Ejecución Y Por Las Normas Establecidas En El Presente Decreto

° Los contratos de arrendamiento financiero (Leasing) con opción de compra que celebren las entidades públicas de cualquier orden encargadas de la prestación del servicio de telecomunicaciones, se regirán por las normas civiles y comerciales en cuanto a su formación y ejecución y por las normas establecidas en el presente Decreto.

Parágrafo

Para efectos del presente Decreto se entiende por entidades públicas las definidas por el artículo 267 del Decreto 222 de 1983, o por las normas que lo sustituyen, modifiquen o adicionen.
