Inexistencia de relación laboral. En los términos establecidos por el inciso primero del artículo 15 de la Ley 1780 de 2016, las afiliaciones y cotizaciones a los Subsistemas de Seguridad Social en Salud, Pensiones y Riesgos Laborales que realicen las Cajas de Compensación Familiar como administradoras del Fondo de Solidaridad de Fomento al Empleo y Protección al Cesante “Fosfec”, en el marco de la presente sección, no generan relación laboral con el estudiante.
