Parágrafo

Los funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Judicial que no optaron por el régimen establecido en los Decretos 57 y 110 de 1993, 106 de 1994 y 43 de 1995, tendrán derecho a partir del 1º de enero de 2001, a un incremento de la remuneración que venían percibiendo a 31 de diciembre de 2000.
