La Nación capitalizará las obligaciones existentes a. cargo de Corporación Eléctrica de la Costa Atlántica S. A. ESP - Corelca S. A. ESP y a favor de la Nación a la fecha de publicación del presente decreto. Para lo cual Corporación Eléctrica de la Costa Atlántica S. A. ESP - Corelca S. A. ESP, emitirá las acciones correspondientes a su valor nominal. Lo dispuesto en este artículo es sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el artículo anterior.
