Art. 1° Los Administradores provinciales de Hacienda, los Tesoreros de Juntas administradoras de caminos, los Síndicos de Establecimientos de Beneficencia é Instrucción pública y en general todos los responsables al Erario del Departamento rendirán sus cuentas á la Administración general de Hacienda del Departamento dentro de los términos legales, para que sean examinadas é incorporadas en concordancia con la parte final del artículo 4° ya citado.
