º. Los Oficiales del Ejército y empleados del Ramo de Guerra, que por solicitud propia, escrita o verbal, sean trasladados de un lugar a otro, no tendrán derecho a los pasajes y auxilios de marcha. El Departamento de Personal queda obligado a dar la información oportuna al Departamento de Presupuesto, Contabilidad y Ordenación, cuando el traslado de un oficial o empleado haya sido verificado a solicitud propia.
