Los profesionales a quienes se les aplica esta ley, deben tener presente que son principios éticos y morales, rectores indiscutibles ajenos a cualquier claudicación, entre otros, el mutuo respeto, la cooperación colectiva, dignificar la persona, acatar los valores que regulan las relaciones humanas, convivir en comunidad, cumplir voluntariamente los principios que guían, protegen y encauzan la actitud del hombre frente a sus deberes, obligaciones y derechos.
