De la competencia de otras autoridades. Las autoridades sanitarias que no formen parte del Sistema Nacional de Salud, en todo cuanto se relacione con el uso y manejo de plaguicidas, podrán imponer las sanciones que sean de su competencia legal o dar aviso de las infracciones que sean de su conocimiento a las autoridades del sistema mencionado, a fin de que éstas apliquen los procedimientos de prevención y control.
