Las vacaciones remuneradas para los empleados u obreros de los establecimientos, oficinas o empresas oficiales a que se refiere el artículo 2° de la Ley 72 de 1931, se concederán en cada caso por el Jefe de la Oficina respectiva, de acuerdo con la organización de los trabajos y sin perjudicar el servicio.
