Art. 30. Ninguno podrá obtener el título de Doctor en Derecho sin comprobar, ante la respectiva Facultad, un año a lo menos de práctica. Para obtener el título de Ingeniero Civil deberá comprobar quien lo solicite que ha practicado por lo menos un año.

Parágrafo

Los estudios prácticos a que se refiere este artículo no aumentarán el plazo fijado para la distribución de cursos, y podrán hacerse simultáneamente con los estudios teóricos de que habla el artículo anterior.
