Para los efectos del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional, numeral 17, la ley, peso, tipo y denominación de la moneda de oro deberán guardar relación con el precio internacional del oro, y la utilidad que se obtenga en la venta por razón del valor numismático de las piezas corresponderá a la Nación.
