El artículo 1º del Código Procesal del Trabajo, que en adelante se denominará "Código Procesal del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social", quedará así:

Artículo 1º . Aplicación de este Código . Los asuntos de que conoce la Jurisdicción Ordinaria en sus especialidades laboral y de seguridad social se tramitarán de conformidad con el presente Código.
