º. La Caja exigirá los documentos, fianzas, etc., que estime conveniente para garantizar la obligación y la comprobación de la necesidad, pudiendo aun investigar la inversión que se haga del valor del préstamo. En caso de constatarse que la inversión del préstamo no corresponde en todo o en parte al motivo alegado para obtenerlo, la Caja podrá ordenar las sanciones y reintegros que por acuerdo se determinen.
