ARTICULO 86. PROHIBICIÓN USO DEL UNIFORME EN ESTADO DE SEPARACIÓN. El personal uniformado separado de la Policía Nacional en forma absoluta perderá el derecho de usar el uniforme, las condecoraciones y los distintivos que le hubieren conferido. Al ser separado en forma temporal, se le suspenderá el mismo derecho durante el lapso de la separación.
