ARTICULO 2 º. Increméntase la planta de personal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, en los siguientes cargos: N° DENOMINACION GRADO 1 Secretario General 22 2 Magistrados Auxiliares 21 1 Abogado Asistente 21 1 Secretario 20 2 Oficiales Mayores 12 2 Auxiliares Judiciales 11 2 Auxiliares Judiciales 10 18 Auxiliares Judiciales 09 1 Escribiente 07 3 Oficinistas 06 2 Conductores 06 4 Citadores 04 7 Auxiliares Servicios Generales 04

Parágrafo

Los Magistrados Auxiliares que se crean en el presente artículo, serán de libre nombramiento y remoción de los magistrados a que se refiere el artículo primero del presente Decreto.
