º. El Incomex expedirá certificados de exportación por el 70% del cupo total a que se refiere el artículo primero del presente decreto, y expedirá además certificados de origen que amparen la totalidad de los embarques de dicho cupo. Para los cupos individuales de cada sociedad exportadora en representación de sus productores en las cuotas ordinaria y de saldos no exportados, se expedirán tales certificados de exportación y de origen en las mismas proporciones señaladas anteriormente.
