Los actuales empleados de las Secciones de Aguas de Cali, Zona Bananera y La Guajira, continuarán en sus cargos, en tanto no sean trasladados o suprimidos por los Decretos que se dictaren en desarrollo de la nueva organización prevista en el Decreto número 3692 para el Ministerio de Agricultura.
