Agotado el término de este último traslado, el Secretario reclamará el expediente si no hubiere sido devuelto por el Ministerio Público, el cual perderá el derecho de alegar, y, además, 590 incurrirá en una sanción de cien (í100) por cada día de demora en devolverlo, que le impondrá el sustanciador con la sola vista del expediente .
