Para el caso de que el producto líquido de los ferrocarriles y cables nacionales, que debe ingresar en la Tesorería, de acuerdo con el Artículo 11 de la Ley 29 de 1931 , sea inferior a la suma calculada en este Presupuesto, el Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales completará esa suma tomándola de las reservas previstas en la referida disposición.
