Articulo 5º Las Asociaciones Nacionales de Profesionales Forestales, oficialmente reconocidas, tendrán el carácter de cuerpos consultivos del Gobierno Nacional en las materias de su respectiva competencia. El Gobierno las oirá en la oportunidad y condiciones que estime convenientes, teniendo en cuenta su antigüedad, seriedad y amplitud representativa.
