ARTICULO 1o. Prorrogar la vigencia de los Decretos 2078 del 23 de diciembre de 1992 y 1776 del 7 de septiembre de 1993, a partir del 1o. de enero de 1994 y hasta el 30 de abril del mismo año, los cuales contienen las preferencias otorgadas por Colombia al Perú con fundamento en la Decisión 321.
