º Los Alcaldes. Corregidores y demás autoridades sanitarias y de Policía procederán a destruir las plantaciones de estos arbustos y a decomisar las hojas que se encuentren en el mercado, a menos que se trate de hojas de coca en poder de farmacias debidamente autorizadas y siempre que esos establecimientos las hayan denunciado en una plazo de cuarenta días contados desde la vigencia de este Decreto.
