En las capitales de departamentos, la Contraloría General de la República podrá establecer, de acuerdo con las Contraloría Territoriales, grupos de examen de las cuentas en que se incorporen dineros nacionales y dineros territoriales. Los avisos y providencias calificativos de dichas cuentas deberán llevar la firma de los delegados de las Contralorías que intervengan en el examen.
