El artículo 14 del Decreto 1520 de 1978, quedará así: QUIENES PUEDEN SUFRAGAR . En las elecciones para directivos de las Cámaras de Comercio tendrán derecho a sufragar los comerciantes cuya matrícula mercantil esté vigente a 31 de mayo del año en que se efectúe la elección. Las personas jurídicas votarán por medio de su representante legal inscrito ante la respectiva Cámara. El voto en las asambleas de las Cámaras de Comercio se dará personalmente y será indelegable. Cada comerciante tendrá derecho a un solo voto aún cuando posea varios establecimientos de comercio en la jurisdicción de una misma Cámara de Comercio.
