Artículo segundo. La suma a que se refiere el artículo anterior, será entregada al Tesorero de la Comisaría del Vaupés, previa incorporación en el presupuesto de la misma, y los comprobantes de gastos serán visados por el Comisario Especial y por el Médico Director del Hospital. El Tesorero rendirá, además de las cuentas a que está obligado, una de información al Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social. Comuníquese y publíquese.
