Esta fase se llevará a cabo preferentemente en las dependencias de las Direcciones Territoriales de la ESAP o en los sitios que se señalen en la convocatoria. El término para las inscripciones se fijará teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza de los empleos convocados y las condiciones geográficas, sociales y culturales de la región en donde deba realizarse esta etapa. En todo caso, el término no podrá ser inferior a quince (15) días hábiles.
