ARTICULO 4º. Presentada la escritura de constitución de la urbanización al registro de Instrumentos se procederá a la apertura del FOLIO DE MATRICULA INMOBILIARIA MATRIZ DE LA URBANIZACION, ENE. Cual se anotaran los modelos generales de la misma y las sucesivas enajenaciones de las lotes o fracciones separadas que efectúen el propietario a partir de las vigencia del presente Decreto, comenzando por las cesiones que debe efectuar el municipio según quedo establecido en el anterior artículo y a las cuales cesiones deberá también abrírselas matricula propia.
