Será nulo todo nombramiento hecho en contravención a lo dispuesto en esta Ley. En consecuencia, el respectivo Pagador se abstendrá de cubrir la asignación que le correspondiere, con la sola certificación de estar desempeñando simultáneamente otro cargo oficial remunerado.

Si a pesar de esta prohibición el Pagador hiciere el pago, se le elevaran a alcance líquido las sumas indebidamente pagadas.
