Este decreto rige a partir de su publicación en el Diario Oficial , modifica en lo pertinente el Decreto 460 de 1995, y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial las siguientes: Decreto 1993 de 1970; Decreto 1106 de 1974; artículos 12 y 18 del Decreto 2288 de 1977; Decreto 3594 de 1982; Decreto 320 de 1983; Decreto 1564 de 1984; Decreto 1985 de 1991; Decreto 2559 de 1991 y Decreto 693 de 1999.
