Del manual de seguimiento . Para el seguimiento de los proyectos, obras o actividades objeto de licencia ambiental o Plan de Manejo Ambiental, las autoridades ambientales adoptarán los criterios definidos en el manual de seguimiento que expedirá el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la publicación de este decreto.
