Los Macroproyectos de Interés Social Nacional que se encuentren en trámite para su adopción antes de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, podrán acogerse a lo dispuesto en el mismo, para lo cual deberán continuar su proceso de formulación y adopción de acuerdo con las presentes disposiciones.
