Artículo vigésimo. Los talleres destinados a reconstrucciones, reparaciones, cambios de repuestos o partes y pintura de vehículos anteriores deberán obtener un permiso de funcionamiento por parte de la autoridad de tránsito competente. Los requisitos que deberán llenar los talleres para obtener el permiso de que habla este artículo serán determinados en decreto reglamentario posterior.
