Para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, destínase la suma de diez mil pesos ($10.000) que se tomarán del Tesoro Nacional. Dicha suma le será entregada en un solo contado al señor Ismael Morales, en representación de la familia del señor doctor Morales, y se incluirá precisamente en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, a fin de que el monumento alcance a levantarse y pueda ser inaugurado el 14 de agosto de 1928, centenario del nacimiento del distinguido ciudadano cuya memoria se honra.
