°. Aplicación de la exclusión del IVA . La exclusión a que hace referencia el artículo anterior se hará efectiva al momento de facturar el automotor. En la factura deberá explicarse la no liquidación del impuesto sobre las ventas a través de cualquier medio electrónico, sello o anotación mediante una leyenda que indique: “Excluido de IVA. Artículo 424 numeral 11, Estatuto Tributario”.
