"Artículo 2° Provisionalmente créanse, para el Departamento de Identificación, los cargos de Proveedor y Portero, con asignaciones mensuales de $ 400 y $ 120, respectivamente. El primero, que debe prestar la fianza que fije la Contraloría General de la República, atenderá al recibo y custodia del material de cedulación, de los elementos de la Oficina, distribución de útiles de escritorio, etc., y el segundo ejercerá las funciones propias de la denominación de su cargo.
