Reembolso de rendimientos. Cuando la Dirección General de Crédito Público del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público determine la disminución o la devolución definitiva de los aportes que una entidad haya hecho al Fondo de Contingencias de las Entidades Estatales por las obligaciones contingentes del artículo 3º, el reembolso incluirá los rendimientos contabilizados en la respectiva subcuenta.
