El permiso para trasladar al país la fuerza producida en el extranjero será solicitado al Gobierno por la empresa productora y dueña de dicha fuerza, expresando el plan general del traslado y el tiempo de prestación de sus servicios dentro del territorio colombiano.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno Nacional podrá negar las solicitudes que se le hagan, sin necesidad de expresar los motivos que tenga para ello.
