Creánse en la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia un segundo Oficial Mayor con una asignación mensual igual a la de que disfruta el Oficial Mayor existente en la misma Sala y un Portero en la Sala de Casación Criminal con la asignación mensual igual a la que tiene el actual Portero de la Corte.

En la Procuraduría General de la Nación habrá un segundo Jefe de Sección con la asignación mensual igual a la de que disfruta el Jefe de la Sección primera.
