º. Determinación de la Planta de Agentes. La Planta de Agentes de la Policía Nacional, será fijada anualmente por el Gobierno, cuando no lo hiciere, continuará rigiendo la que se encuentre vigente.

Parágrafo

En casos especiales el Gobierno podrá modificar la Planta fijada para el respectivo año. TITULO SEGUNDO Ingreso y formación.
