º El inciso final del artículo 21 del Decreto 2053 de 1974 que dará así: Cuando se trate de mercancías de fácil destrucción o pérdida, las unidades del inventario final pueden disminuirse hasta en un cinco por ciento (5%) de la suma del inventario inicial más las compras. Si se demostrare la ocurrencia de hechos constitutivos de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, pueden aceptarse disminuciones mayores.
