º Modifícase el artículo 1º de la Ley 85 de 1937, en el sentido de adscribir al Banco Postal el establecimiento del servicio de Ahorro Postal, en las condiciones establecidas por dicha Ley. El monto de las consignaciones provenientes del Ahorro Postal se depositará en la Caja Colombiana de Ahorros, sujetándose a las condiciones y términos que al efecto se acuerden entre las dos entidades.
