º De conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 4º de la Ley 37 de 1920, las utilidades en las acuñaciones de plata realizadas en virtud de autorizaciones contenidas en leyes anteriores a la ya citada, y que corresponden al Gobierno, no las entregará la Junta a éste, sino cuando se haya terminado el cambio y reacuñación de la moneda de plata antigua que circula en el país, y haya sido efectuada la respectiva liquidación.
