El capitán de cualquier buque destinado a algún puerto o lugar en Colombia, y la persona a cuyo mando se halle un vehículo y aeronave que éntre a la República procedente de país extranjero, tendrá la obligación de exhibir a los funcionarios aduaneros autorizados que se lo pidan, el sobordo que ampare la mercancía transportada en la nave, o, tratándose de vehículos o aeronaves, hacer las declaraciones que sobre la mercancía en ellos transportada exija el funcionario aduanero.
